The best way Customers can say thank you is by filling in the survey when it lands, sent by email from Head Office, asking for your thoughts.
We appreciate you are really busy and taking time to fill in the survey can be a bit of a hassle but if you could take a few minutes when it lands to do so, it helps me to persuade the boss to do something special every now and again… like last week’s Beer Rescue 😉
