We are looking for businesses / philanthropists to sponsor our I Love Windsor CIC projects and initiatives.
We recently changed our company to I Love Windsor CIC (Community Interest Company). The company’s primary aim is to help the community by promoting the efforts of community groups and charities whose work impacts Windsor and the surrounding area including RBWM as a whole and communities within a few miles of the boundary line.
To that end we have:
- A blog that achieved over 80,000 page views in 2024
- A Facebook Group that is tracking 25,000 views a month
- The Windsor Directory of Community Groups & Charities (hard copy & digital)
- The Maidenhead Directory of Community Groups & Charities (hard copy & digital)
- We produced 1,000 hard copies of each and they are being distributed to the community via local groups, libraries, volunteers, individual requests and other logical channels. The feedback has been incredibly supportive and copies go like hot cakes 😉
- The digital versions have had over 4,000 views (Windsor launched March 24, Maidenhead December 24).

Community Events – < £1,000
One way to support us is to sponsor our Community Champion events which we are hosting quarterly in 2025.

ESG Local Programme – £1,000+
We work with you to connect your managers with community groups that resonate with them. The aim is to assist them in developing policies and processes, making for better community outcomes. We’ll also connect them to our Community Champions network, ensuring they are better informed about what the community actually needs..
Windsor Directory of Community Groups & Charities 2nd Edition – £2,000+
- The original was 96 pages, the 2nd edition is set to be around 150 pages 😉
- The level of sponsorship will determine the number of copies we produce.
- £2,000 gets us 400 copies, £8,000 gets us 2,000 copies.
- We’re going to have 5 advertising areas:
- Centre pages £3,000
- Inside centre pages £1,000 each x 2
- Back page £2,000
- Inside back page £1,500
- We’ll list of all those that donate a “Pony” or more £25 on a page or two
Ascot Directory of Community Groups & Charities 2nd Edition – single / multiple sponsors £5,000
- The first edition is estimated to be 100 pages based on our experience producing the Windsor and Maidenhead Directories.
- We’ll print 1,000 copies and create a digital version.
- It’s logical for us to produce an Ascot Directory as they are part of RBWM.
- It would likely take around 6 months to produce, 3 months of that being the research and reaching out to potential groups that would want to participate.
