Creating an Online Forum
Last week I tried out a new forum for our website and through a process of trial and error, with help from the WordPress Team, we established that the template I was using wasn’t compatible with the forum platform.
So today I’ve found a template that will work, re-jigged the site but now think I may be doubling up where the forum is concerned. The previous process saw me download ProfileGrid (PG) and BBpress… my inexperienced eyes are telling me that perhaps I’m over cooking it and only probably need to have the BBpress for now, bring in the PG if needed later.
I’ve got to shake some hands later as part of the Windsor Writers Group Young Writers Competition celebrations and so need to park this for now and cook up a little dinner 😉
