Ever tried fasting? Easter Week Fasting Challenge
I only tried fasting for the first time last year and find it is really good for me both mentally as well as physically.
Once you get past the sugar addiction, it’s a relative breeze…
So put down that Easter egg and pick up some fruit instead 😉

The idea is to have a 16 hour period of no food each day… you can have water or black coffee, but nothing your body has to work hard at breaking down.
My approach is generally to have porridge, fruit and nuts for breakfast and then fish & salad for lunch, then nothing until breakfast the next day.
I know others would rather miss breakfast and eat in the afternoon and evening. You choose.
But this time I want to be very focused and go with it for a full week, rather than just a couple of days during the week.
My target is to drop a stone during the week, I’ll probably need two but whatever, I intend to stay on it until I’ve dropped below my target weight.
By writing this I’m making myself more accountable and more likely to achieve as I’ll be on a mission.
I think I’ll post a few videos to tie in with this and hopefully inspire a few folk who think, they can’t do that! To change their minds and give it a go… it’s so much easier once you get in the rhythm…
You’ll start by looking like the bunny above, little sad and saggy… and end up like the bunny below, all bright and spangly, looking years younger 😉 From Monday, got some eggs to devour Sunday xx

Pop back to watch the videos or follow the page… thank you.
