Age Concern Windsor is running a new 6 week “Cooking for One” course starting January 11th. It is so important for people to eat well and maintain their health particularly if they are caring for someone else.
It can be difficult to find healthy low cost options that suit people’s needs and tastes and this course is aimed at people who may be newly cooking for or who have never cooked and want to learn something new.
Participants will cook, eat and learn how to cook 6 two course meals, together with discussions about how to adapt recipes, money saving ideas and no chop options.
£8 a session you will learn to cook and eat 6 two course meals together. Price includes all costs.
