This year the Mayor’s Charity Dinner was raising money for Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service and a mighty fine total will have been raised with the help of the Town Crier.
It was great to share a table with Colin Rayner and Mandy Brar… Colin is a really good at storyteller… seemingly Fiona Devine has a story telling chair at the hospice where the magic could happen… need to follow that up 😉
Food was really good last night, which can be very difficult at The Guildhall because there is no kitchen on site! Wine flowed nicely… but sadly we didn’t win on the raffle… perhaps next year 😉
The big question however is… which JK signed the teddy? Was it Jack Rankin MP, Joshua Reynolds MP or JK Rowling story teller 😉
