Mayor’s Charity Christmas event
I will be hosting a dinner in the Windsor Guildhall on the evening Friday 6 December in aid of The Baby Bank.
Tickets are priced £70 each and I would be delighted if you, your family, friends and colleagues would like to join me in the splendid surroundings of the magnificent Grade 1 Listed Windsor Guildhall where we can enjoy a meal whilst raising funds for this important local charity. The event will be ideal for a family get together, catch up with friends or even for corporate entertaining.
There are also other ways to support this charitable event such as providing sponsorship, donating an auction or raffle prize or by purchasing advertising space in the programme being produced for the event. A full A5 page is £250, half A5 page £125.
The charity
The Baby Bank (registered charity number 1179580) is situated between Windsor and Maidenhead and helps local families in need via third party referral by community midwives, health visitors and family support workers. Many and varied items, both preloved and new, are gifted to the families. There are newborn starter kits and essential supplies, clothing bundles for babies and children up to 16 years of age, maternity and nursing clothes for expectant and nursing mothers, school uniform, buggies, prams and funds raised are used to purchase mattresses, bottles and car seats all of which have to be new. Timings
The evening will start with a drinks reception at 7 pm, with carriages at about 10.30/11 pm.
Dress code: Black Tie or lounge suit if you prefer
