BIG THANK YOU to Helen Price

Helen was there when I launched our Tesco Community Champion coffee mornings two years ago and has been a strong advocate ever since.

I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU as she chaired our final regular monthly Community Champions coffee morning at The Swan earlier today.

We are changing gear with these events…

Instead of monthly coffee mornings we’re going to celebrate Community and host quarterly events through our Community Champions Forum.

The first one will be our Christmas event on 21st December which is taking place at Pug Yard in Windsor Castle.

We’ll also be having some summer solstice fun at The Swan and a couple of exhibition / networking / learning events on the equinoxes at Windsor’s Family Hub.

We’ve got The Mayor, The Lord Lieutenant, The Governor, both local MPs along with 50 other guests who will be enjoying a little learning, some fun making Christmas crackers, a sing song, a few nibbles and we’ll finish off with a tour of this year’s Christmas trees in Windsor Castle.

An absolutely fabulous way to get us in the mood for Christmas 😉
