Surely everyone has at least one healthy recipe they can call on, or a relative who is known for their culinary skills?

All we’d like is 30-40 recipes we can put in a recipe book and try and raise a few thousand pounds so that the kids who love the sport, but who’s folks don’t earn a great deal, can go on the annual international trip with their teammates.

Quick bit of research would seem to indicate the top two killers of humans right now are heart disease and dementia. And while dementia doesn’t kill you directly, it eats away at the brain which means your motor skills get impacted, finding it more difficult to eat and also you are more likely to forget to eat!

One of the best ways to reduce the impact of heart disease is to have a 

Healthy Diet:

  • Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
  • Reduce saturated fats, processed foods, and added sugars.
  • Choose healthy fats like those found in olive oil, nuts, and fish.
