Ready to lift your mood and rediscover your spark?
The Finding Hope in Depression course is a gentle, supportive space to explore practical tools for boosting your well-being and building resilience for the future.
Attending this course, you’ll learn practical evidence-based ways to support your mental and emotional health—whether you’re experiencing low mood, mild depression, or anxiety yourself, or you want to better understand how to support a loved one.
Each session, you’ll hear from expert speakers, including a psychiatrist, counsellor, mindfulness instructor, nutritionist, and fitness expert, who will guide you through topics like:
· Understanding why low mood and anxiety happen
· How brain chemistry and medication work together
· Natural ways to improve brain chemistry through lifestyle and daily habits
· The power of talking therapies and self-care strategies
· Clinically proven steps to protect your well-being long-term
You’ll also hear inspiring personal stories of recovery, reminding you that brighter days are absolutely possible. After each talk, small-group discussions provide a chance to reflect and connect in a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental setting—if you choose to share.
Since 2013, Finding Hope in Depression has been helping people feel informed, encouraged, and equipped to take the next step toward well-being.
