Things change because people work together to challenge the status quo and by small incremental changes happening, they impact the whole.
It seems to me that we need more people with bees in their bonnet who will keep driving their mission forward, with the help of just a handful of people.
Inertia happens when the person driving a project loses faith, gets put off their mission somehow or other and then it just stops… they needed support… others sit around going “if only” but don’t step up to the plate to help out because they are probably unsure how to.
I Love Windsor CIC has a good reach into the community and so we can help those with bees in the bonnet to attract others for whom the issue resonates. Thus, joining the dots.
You then work together on your project and we’ll happily post updates as you share them with us. Hopefully having a small team will keep the dream alive and regular updates will bring more people, with the same bees, to your aid… creating a hive of activity 😉
Make sense?
Add your name, contact details you are happy for us to share on a blog post, and 150 words or so relating to the topic and let’s see if we can’t find you a team of helpers to keep you motivated when the going gets tough.
Thank you.
