Exhibitions are a good way to connect with fellow humans in real time.
Thanks for today. The morning was spent chatting to potential volunteers and the afternoon was spent talking amongst ourselves to see how we could help each other which was really useful!

Community Groups are always struggling for volunteers and as Karen found, the expo proved useful in having some face to face chats with potential volunteers.
Kirsty wanted to thank her latest volunteer 😉
Tim wrote a book, in fact 3, with his daughter when she was younger and he loves the fact that they have sold in all four corners of the world 😉
Mark has some top tips for engaging on LinkedIn so I asked him to share one that I found particularly fascinating…
I gave a talk on S137 and how it could help Windsor Town Council get set up sooner rather than later… the amount RBWM give out to the community has dropped from £300k in 2019, to £50k in 2022, to not a lot in 2025… there is a solution if anyone chooses to listen
I asked AI about getting eyeballs on Facebook and LinkedIn posts and it seemed to suggest video is a good way to go… so I posted our videos on Facebook, let’s see how many views they get on there… it’ll probably end up saying thousands but how many will be actually listening, rather than doom scrolling, let’s see what reactions they get…

We had apples instead of a pile of sweets 😉
Thank you.
