Cllr. David Coppinger, Conservative, Bray Ward, Lead Member for Planning will share:
- what’s in the revised BLP plan relating to AL21 & AL22 (previously HA11 – see page 302)
- the expectations of the Inspector regarding the current review process
- the purpose of the consultation process
Please be aware the previous BLP called the whole area HA11. The area has now been split into two lots, AL21 and AL22.
There seems to be a great deal of confusion around how this process works.
At Full Council we were told that in many ways the RBWM don’t have a choice. If they don’t make a plan then builders can demand government makes land available and then they can build whatever they like. I have invited Cllr Coppinger, as Lead Member for Planning to come and explain the thought process…
There will obviously be plenty of time for questions.
