Windsor Local History Research Day

Windsor Local History Group, formed in 1976 and celebrating 50 years throughout 2026, will be holding the third of its exciting Local History Research
Days on Friday 18th September, 1:00pm-4:00pm in the Thames Room, Windsor Library, Bachelors Acre SL4 1ER. Entry is FREE and all are welcome!
The afternoon will be run in two parts:
FREE entry, prompt start at 1:00pm
1pm-3pm Research Skills Session – Learn how to research local and family history using library and archive resources.

Days are adding to the group’s work. “We’ve loved the inspiring excitement the Research Days are generating, both for visitors and our group members.”
