Windsor Town Council Community Governance Review Stage 1 Closes THIS Wednesday 28th October

If you were planning on sending in your thoughts on the Windsor Town Council Community Governance Review then you need to get a move on, Stage 1 closes THIS Wednesday 28th October.

Stage 1 Consultation (July – October 2020)
We are interested in hearing views on the following:

What is the appetite for creating a new town council for Windsor? Is a parish council needed or desired?
Is there a sense of community identity in the review area and should this community be represented by its own parish council?
How could a new parish council take shape?
Should a new parish council be warded to reflect the communities that exist in the review area? If so, how should these boundaries be drawn?

Anyone wishing to submit representations to be considered as part of the first stage of public consultation should send their comments to Electoral Services by Wednesday 28 October 2020.

Representations should be emailed to Electoral.Registration@rbwm.gov.uk or sent o Electoral Services at the Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF.
