There is a Planning Meeting this Evening that Impacts on West Windsor

There are 3 items on the agenda tonight. One for Sunningdale, the other two in West Windsor.
A property in Clifton Rise is looking to build a separate dwelling in the garden. It will be attached, creating a townhouse appearance. I called this in to establish what RBWM considers permissible in 2023.
The deeds for my own property which was built in 1961, don’t allow you to run a business from the premises, keep chickens or build a wireless mast in your garden. Times change. Where have we got to today?
And then the land which forms the south portion of AL21. Land Bounded By Willow Path and The Limes and Windsor Road and Dedworth Road and Oakley Green Road Oakley Green Windsor.
We will be making a decision on the following: Outline application for access only to be considered at this stage with all other matters to be reserved for the construction of up to x320 new homes, land for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, a multi-functional community building alongside an area of strategic open space including play spaces and orchard planting together with associated landscaping, car parking, footpath/cycle connections and vehicular access on to Dedworth Road, following demolition of existing structures.

Thank you Jon for all your detailed work,i know that Carole Da Costa ,tory,is standing in my area ,Willows riverside pk,but i do not want to vote Tory as the RBWM council pushed through plans to bulldoze our two garden centresso they need to be voted out ,before they do any more damage!so what other councelors would be standing in my area? Ta Jon.
Carole is not standing for the Tories Rodney… if she stands then it will be for WWRA.
