Tesco Dedworth invites Local Candidates to submit Election Flyers

Tesco Dedworth are inviting local independent & party candidates to hand in election materials to Customer Services so they can be part of the display for the benefit of our customers.

Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead elections are taking place on Thursday 4th May and we’d like our customers to be fully informed about which candidates are standing for Clewer & Dedworth West, in which Tesco sits and the surrounding wards of Bray, Clewer & Dedworth East and Clewer East.

There is limited space and materials need to be in keeping with our display facilities. A three panel notice board and an A4 leaflet dispenser.

This will require party candidates to be represented by a single A4 page as there is only room for approximately 8 x A4 on the notice board and 7 slots in the dispenser.

RBWM will make an official announcement of all candidates on 5th April but we are happy to receive materials beforehand.

We’ll not be contacting candidates directly. It is for them to provide us with information. Most will be regular shoppers and for those that are not, it is reasonable to assume they will hear through their supporters and social media channels.

Thank you.

Jon Davey

(And also a local candidate whose initiative this is to ensure customers are fully informed.)
