Just imagine not being able to buy Christmas gifts for your loved ones…

I don’t mean getting it wrong again! Buying something too small, too big, the wrong colour, as us blokes usually manage to do… I mean not being able to even walk through a shop door…

Not great for your mental health.

While writing this I’m recalling getting a box of Brut or a pair of socks from an adopted aunt or two… we always spent Christmas in Sheringham on the Norfolk coast with my grandparents when I was little. We’d laugh at the gift, thanking them for the thought but really 😉

At 58 I now appreciate how very lucky I was to have such Christmases

BUT there are hundreds of kids in and around Windsor who will not have such loved filled Christmases who will be grateful for a box of Lynx or some warm socks this yuletide.

I know it seems like Christmas is miles away but for us to help as many kids as possible and for us to share some love with this group of young people we need your help asap.

Baby Bank & Windsor’s Family Hub will be hosting an event at the start of December to share the gifts with families who can then wrap them up for Christmas Day.

So we need to max our collections during November and it would be great for half a dozen gifts a day to land in the trolley which you’ll find in the foyer.

We need baby stuff and teenage items… so smellies is a great idea as the Lynx box sets are half price, coming in at £4 right now.

If you can please help us achieve our 200 donated items target by end of November.

Thank you.
