Tesco Dedworth’s October Wowsters
In alphabetical order well done to Anjali, Vein, Geetha, Gurdip, Jackie, Jenna, Jon, Julianna, Kathy, Kelly, Lorraine, Mae, Mary & Mary, Pauline, Rekha, Sara, Scott, Tracy & Vicky who all got at least one WOW from a customer, a score of 9 or 10, this month 😉
Most big retailers, not just Tesco, in the land ask for Customer Reviews and our guys don’t like to ask because they just enjoy giving good service, asking for recognition feels fake and against the natural flow of things.
My role, as I see it, is to get colleagues to see the whole process as a game. None of us really want to play but it is all part of the commercial world, being able to quantify things and so one that we all have to play to keep the bosses happy.
If you are feeling it, ask our colleagues about WOWs next time you are in. Offer to give them a WOW and see them smile 😉
