We decided to try somewhere new on Ali’s birthday. Lakeview Cafe is dog friendly but the fishermen arn’t 😉 Don’t try getting on their lake.
Ali had a full english and I opted for baked potato with tuna, cheese and salad.
Great food and friendly atmosphere. Driven passed the entrance hundreds of time but never popped in. Glad we did. I know how to spoil a lady 😉

I thought this would make a great venue for taking an elderly relative, that might have a touch of dementia, as all the old tea cups and tea pots take you back in time to when granny used to “add one for the pot”.

Been there a few times. Lovely ladies serving and good value. It is a shame you can’t walk round the lakes though.
