OK so we’re going to try something new… we’re going to ask for the general opinion on library services on FB while exploding the myth we believe exists!
The myth being that libraries are just a place to borrow books from!
They are so much more and I only know this because of the painstaking, excellent work of a lady called Laura Daly who doesn’t just stamp books 😉

- Download and listen to almost 1,000 ebooks!
- Read over 7,000 Local, National and International newspapers & magazines for FREE
- Watch “The True Story of 3 Little Pigs” and thousands of other films
They also host many events throughout the year for a huge cross section of the population.
Eddie loves it so much he even started a group of his own… now was it “Knit & Natter” or “Talking Tables” 😉

Do pop into your local library and talk to the librarians about what they can offer online and inlibrary to the modern library visitor in 2024… and while you are at it, take those books back you borrowed in 1974 xx
