We are looking for a Parent Services Manager to join our small, friendly and highly committed team of support workers at The Autism Group. Your role in our Maidenhead based group is to lead, motivate and organise the continued high standard delivery of our parent support services. You will also be the ‘face of Parent Support’ at The Autism Group ensuring we connect with and work alongside other local service providers and groups to maintain and build on the reputation we have established and grown since forming the charity in 2016.
Experience of working in a team and an ability to communicate confidently and effectively, whether it is in a one to one session with a parent or in a more formal setting of other group managers, is key to this role. Autism knowledge and experience is essential. Working hours are flexible and can, to an extent, be tailored around the right candidate, who will also need to have a ‘hands on’ approach to our varied and rewarding activities.
- Hours are 12 per week and salary is £16 per hour.
