Yesterday morning I pushed out a reminder of our online monthly gathering and 4 people registered.
One didn’t turn up and one seemed a little disappointed that there were not more people on the Zoom call.
The reality was, all 3 had a chance to say what they wanted to say, to arrange meet ups and so all in all, had a productive 40 minutes.
I was able to try and create more awareness and understanding of S137, my current hobby horse 😉
It’s not how many are on the call that matters. In reality less is more, as those in the room strengthen their connections.
If there were 50 people on the call then most would say nothing, those with the biggest personalities would make the most noise, as they always do, and most people would get very little from the experience.
