Monday night was a warm up, stewarding the Eton College banquet. Thursday was a busy day, selling 1070 slices of beef at the Ox Roast in Bachelor’s Acre followed by marshalling at Eton’s Street Party, ensuring the 640 guests were well looked after.
Main picture shows Chris Davies, President of Windsor St George Rotary Club and recent member Monica who joined us from Italy, originally from Romania.

Saturday was the car rally, Rotarian’s helping keep marks off the marques 😉
Before the events, a number of Rotarians got involved with Windsor’s Platinum Jubilee Committee and after the wrap up event, I dare say there will be talk of more Royal events on the horizon!
There are still a few stalls available for our next big event on Saturday 25th June at Windsor & Eton Rotary Club’s Summer Fayre & Duck Race.

While we have two clubs in Windsor, Windsor & Eton and Windsor St George, there are many more up and down the Thames Valley with around 1,700 clubs in the UK and 1.2 million members worldwide.
We are not some secret society but simply groups of people who enjoy having a good time while raising money for good causes. There are also clubs for younger members, starting with RotaKids at Trevelyan School and Windsor Girls has an Interact Club.
