It’s rather EPIC down The Swan of a Thursday – tell us more Deej
The students of the Green Room College based at The Swan in Clewer take over the pub on a Thursday and it all get’s rather EPIC.
Tesco customers donated unused Christmas gifts in January and these were given to the college so they could raise funds for their enterprise scheme.
So far they have raised over £250 from selling EPIC Raffle Tickets and they are starting to make plans of how to invest this money… one option is a t-shirt printing press so they can make their own uniforms!
If you’ve not been down on a Thursday then now you have the perfect excuse to do your bit to help your community and next time you bump into King Charles and he asks what you are doing for your community, you have the perfect answer 😉
