ONLY £13m … just need 15,000 people with £1,000 each to spare to get the party started 😉

I’m thinking 25 flats at £2m each or how about 79 retail outlets, appointment only style for those with just oodles of cash that want to buy stuff… perhaps a modest retreat for the chap who has most everything… or it could simply become a hotel again…
