Fairground Allotment Painters Celebrating 15 Years in Windsor
The Fairground Allotment Painters in Windsor are celebrating their 15 year anniversary.
It all started when two friends, Jane Hedley and Ann Matthews keen painters who couldn’t find a suitable class, met Lyn Wilks, an art teacher who was looking to start one, and an idea was hatched…
After much searching for a suitable venue they came across the Gardeners Hall on the Fairground Allotment site and we were born!
After many changes, including day, times and teacher, we are as busy as ever.
To celebrate we are holding a Retrospective Art Exhibition on Saturday 14th October 2023 1.30-5.30pm at the Gardeners Hall, 213 St Leonard’s Road, Windsor, SL4 3DR
All are welcome, there is plenty of FREE parking and there will be light refreshments to purchase.
