Tesco Dedworth has achieved all our targets for 2023-24 thanks to the tremendous amount of positive feedback from our customers.
Most big chain stores in the UK use the Medallia system to gather feedback so they can reflect on how each store is doing and also how they measure up to their competitors.
Up until now we have relied on a few of our team to ask for what we call WOWs and Kathy Price has been Tesco Dedworth’s No.1 gatherer, with 96 this year 😉 Well done…

For next year, from this week, we’ll not be handing out WOW cards! Yay!!
The focus is going to shift to emailing Tesco Clubcard Holders and asking them questions… it’ll be interesting to see what questions are asked and rewards offered to customers to fill in the surveys.
