Thank you for posting this Jon. As a resident of Hemwood Road I am concerned about the possibility that the small green spaces around the area could be built on rather than preserved as they have been for almost fifty years. It is even stated on our house deeds that green spaces in front of our properties (our own front gardens) cannot be fenced to preserve the look of the area. Very worrying.
If you have strong feelings on an application the only way your views can be considered by the Panel is to comment following the procedure laid out above. I’m aware there is a Petition being circulated re the above application. The Panel can’t consider a Petition, so by all means sign it but most important follow the formal procedure which Jon has helpfully linked you to above.
