I Love Windsor CIC – ESG Local Programme

We work with you to connect your managers with community groups that resonate with them. The aim is to assist them in developing policies and processes, making for better community outcomes. We’ll also connect them to our Community Champions network, ensuring they are better informed about what the community actually needs.

Turning Managers into Community “Trustees” ready for the Board

  • We train business managers to work with community groups
  • Working with them to find a group to focus their energy on, in a “trustee” type capacity
  • While focused on a group we also bring them together with other trustees and community group leaders to get a real, true understanding of the community
  • Training is funded by companies who pay I Love Windsor CIC to square this circle

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Reporting focuses on the six key areas below. Most of this is based around UK Government and World Economic Forum formulae.

Locally we can focus on the human aspect of these criteria and work with you, local organisations and community groups to produce better outcomes for the wider community.
