I know, I know, feels a tad early but I’ve had 4 requests already and it seemed like a good idea to pull it all together as it takes a lot longer than you first anticipate.
At this time I’m looking for those interested in joining in.
Please don’t sign up if you don’t feel you can make full use of the time slot as it will take it away from another who could really make the most of it.
This year we are reducing the number of days, just Fri, Sat and Mondays will be available. Two slots a day for the most part, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. Sunday’s we’re open 10am to 4pm, so whole day.
Choirs like evenings and customers and staff love hearing them..
You can pick up to three slots but if selected, you’ll only be offered one slot. We’ll announce who has what in September giving everyone around 3 months to submit their requests. Mind, we anticipate them filling up quickly.
Our focus is on local community groups and charities. Make your case but if you are outside the area it is unlikely we’ll be able to offer you a slot.
Groups can promote themselves, use buckets to collect cash or a tap, single payment device but no subscription gathering is allowed.
