Windsor on Ice Application 26/01600/CONDIT set to be determined end August
I heard that a new application had gone in so checked my planning application subscription emails… nothing… that’ll explain why there is only 1 comment from a resident!

Last year the application was put in, a series of conditions set at the planning meeting. The idea is that if they don’t meet the conditions, the event doesn’t go ahead.
This was followed by licensing agreeing terms with Windsor on Ice and before the conditions were met, allowing the event to go ahead anyway.
Then earlier in the year, once the conditions had been evaluated, and the event had happened, it was refused! 25/02811/CONDIT
Seems bonkers but that appears to be the planning process.
