Ruddles Pool
People keep asking about Ruddles Pool. Having past experience of accessing planning documents, I thought I’d create this page so residents can access the facts more easily.
Planning permission has been granted to knock down the existing building and build a new home with 3 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs 2 en-suite bedrooms for a maid and chauffeur, a kitchen, double water closet and a huge lounge with windows overlooking The River Thames.

What amuses me is the Biodiversity Net Gain is being managed by buying land elsewhere! Planning rules are such non-sense. Build a nuclear reactor as long as you plant 100,000 acres of tulips in Amsterdam.
