  1. If you have strong feelings on an application the only way your views can be considered by the Panel is to comment following the procedure laid out above. I’m aware there is a Petition being circulated re the above application. The Panel can’t consider a Petition, so by all means sign it but most important follow the formal procedure which Jon has helpfully linked you to above.
