Tesco have changed their approach to the Summer Food Donations Bags for 2024.
In recent years we have had a team of volunteers from Windsor Foodshare pop in and hand out bags over a few days during the summer months.
This year we are trying an alternative approach…
- We’ll have bags available for more than a couple of days
- They will be promoted in store from Monday 22nd June to Sunday 1st September
- We’ll not have a big push with lots of volunteers
- We’ll try a number of alternative approaches to see what works best
For week 1 we’ll put the bags near the blue token drop off for you to pick up and use on your next visit… let’s see how that goes 😉

When picking products to donate it can be useful to think in terms of meals for 1 to 4 people, depending on the amount you are able to donate.
Simply put your donation in the Windsor Foodshare collection boxes as normal.
